As Head of Customer Success, Zoe is on a mission to ensure every Backbone customer feels heard and supported. Embodying the voice of the customer, she advocates for getting customers what they need, from helpful support documentation to new product features. Drawing from a well of eclectic life experiences, Zoe excels at facilitating collaboration and embracing life’s teachable moments.
Zoe is a trained science educator, certified SCUBA instructor, experienced naturalist, and self-proclaimed nature nerd. She earned a degree from Humboldt State University in Environmental Science, emphasizing Tropical Ecology, with a minor in Scientific & Leadership SCUBA diving.
